Couple's Must-Consider Getaway

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming especially Kim at the reception. She helped us check in early and was always smiling. The location was perfect, just a short walk to transportation.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what you get, it was still acceptable.

the twin room was spacious with air conditioning that worked perfectly. the shower had excellent water pressure and came with body soap and shampoo. loved the flat-screen TV and warm heating. staff were super friendly, and the breakfast had freshly baked croissants and rich coffee. parking garage was also super easy to access.

Decent Stay but Could Use Improvements

Our stay lasted three nights in a cozy Twin Room. While we appreciated the cleanliness, the lack of nearby dining options after a long day left us eating at fast food. Front desk service could definitely be improved—make sure to ask about local transportation beforehand.

I had a lovely stay at B&B Hotel Hamburg City-Ost. The bed was really comfortable, which made our two nights very enjoyable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. Plus, the self check-in kiosks made everything so easy, and the breakfast selection was impressive!
